The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the town. The staff was very helpful and always eager to assist us with any requests. The indoor and outdoor spas were both very relaxing and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. the meals were delicious and very traditional.
There was limited parking available in the area and the road up to the hotel was quite narrow, which made us a bit apprehensive at first. the traditional tatami mats in the room had a slightly strong smell, which was a bit of a surprise.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful in providing information about transportation options and things to do in the area. The location was central, allowing us to take short walks along the nearby river and to find good lunch spots. Hotel facilities were great, with several private baths to choose from, including one on the roof. The traditional atmosphere throughout the hotel was also a highlight. Lastly, breakfast and dinner were delicious and provided in generous portions.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this rustic Japan ryokan was quite remote, which allowed us to experience the traditional wooden outdoor bath and delicious Kaiseki dinner from local seasonal delicacies. the spacious room provided a typical Japanese sleeping experience with Tarami mats and futon. the iryori dinner setting was a tempting feature for us to reserve.
We found it quite challenging to get around due to the limited transportation options.

We had a truly relaxing stay at a lovely ryokan with a laid back style. The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, especially with our 10-week-old baby. The onsen were also very nice and we enjoyed using the family baths at no extra charge. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
